Project Warmth

United Way of Nevada County would like to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in Project Warmth 2025.

This includes:

- the businesses who agreed to have donation boxes

- the amazing volunteers who picked up, organized, and helped redistribute all the clothing

- the Community Connection Center for the use of their room for the shopping sprees

- the organizations who helped us get the word out

- our wonderful sponsor - DO HAVC

And all the wonderful residents of Nevada County who donated new and gently used winter clothing.

In four shopping sprees in November and December, we were able to give away 1,182 pieces of clothing. We couldn’t have done it without all of you.
