United Way of Nevada County’s Day of Action brings local volunteers together for one powerful day of hands-on service in support of nonprofit organizations serving Nevada County.
On Saturday, June 27, 2026 United Way of Nevada County volunteers rolled up their sleeves to help complete meaningful projects supporting other local non-profits.
The Food Bank of Nevada County has new lines in their parking lot. FREED has some freashly painted walls. Sundance Horse Rescue has sanded, safer fencing. Hospitality House's new location is weed whacked and spruced up. And the Family Justice Center has some few new office furnishings.
