day of action

It's time for Day of Action 2025. During this annual day of community action, volunteers are organized to help nonprofits with projects needed to help them do their important work in our community.

Over the years, employees from businesses like UPS, Telestream, Texas Instruments, JC Penney and more, have volunteered. Working as a group is great for team building. Students from local schools have also helped with projects for local nonprofits, which can help foster a love for volunteering in young people.

This year will will be helping the Food Bank of Nevada County, FREED Center of Independent Living, Hospitality House and Sundance Horse Rescue and Santuary.

Coffee, pastries and t-shirts are provided.

Join us! Bring your team!
